Dr. Shraddha Kalla, President has professional experience of more than 23 years in the field of Library and Information Science. Currently she is working with the IIHMR University as a Librarian. Provided creative leadership, vision, and direction in the fulfillment of library mission as per the quality policy of IIHMR, represented the library in all professional activities locally, regionally, nationally, globally, created and developed an e-Library Portal using Greenstone Digital Library.

Responsible for overall management, direction, administration, policy formulation, budgeting, programs development, coordination in all phases of day-to-day operations, overseeing the functions personnel recruitment, training, supervising, evaluating the services, effective and efficient functioning of the library systems, procedures and services, extensive interaction with all departments and schools. Also, served Bansal School of Engineering, Rajasthan Dental College, and India International School.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to academic and professional excellence. She has participated in over 40 seminars, workshops, and conferences, and has presented numerous papers at national and international forums. Her organizational capabilities are reflected in her successful role as Organizing Secretary for several international conferences and workshops.
