Dr. Kabita Choudhary, Joint Secretary presently associated with Manipal University, Jaipur along with the Library Science did MBA from Rajasthan Technical University. Earlier she was associated with Sanjay Siksha Samiti (B. Ed.) college of Apex University, Jaipur.

She attained number of seminars, workshops, training programs of DELNET, INFLIBNET, NISCAIR and others. She contributed her publication in several research papers in UGC approved journals, national, international conferences along with book chapters.

Mr. Nand Kishor, Joint Secretary has more than six years of experience in the field of library and information science. Presently he is working as Assistant Professor cum Assistant Librarian at Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.

He attended more than 20 international and national seminars, conferences and workshops. Many research papers have been published in different journal and proceedings. He has been awarded appreciation letter from Rajasthan Technical Library Association

Dr. Neetu Gujran, Joint secretary has professional experience of more than 2o years in the field of Library and Information science. Currently she is working in B.K.Birla Institute of Engineering and Technology, Pilani (Raj) since 2007. She attended number of Seminars, workshops of NDLI, DELNET and others. She also contributed research papers in UGC approved Journals, national, international conference along with book chapters.
